About The Role As a Cook at Off The Hook, you'll set the tone for our restaurant by ensuring all food meets our high standards. You'll be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and supporting your team to deliver top-notch Cajun food. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet our restaurant's standards Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking and cleaning Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination and ensure the health of guests.
