Travel Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled Nursing - $1,398 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Tacoma, Washington. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Tacoma, WA at a skilled nursing facility. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Washington State PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long‑term care settings preferred. Ability to follow PT plans of care and document per facility policy. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel PTA experience preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs and transfer/mobility training preferred. Assignment Details Location: Tacoma, WA.
