Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence following major illness or injury in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver goal-oriented interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, cognitive and perceptual skills, and safe home/community reintegration. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PT, SLP, and case management, document in the EHR, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Encompass Health offers specialty training, mentorship, leadership pathways, and a collaborative, patient-centered culture grounded in integrity, respect, and continuous improvement.
