Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to oversee all aspects of our residential leasing operations. The ideal candidate will handle prospective tenant outreach, property showings, applicant screening, and lease execution while ensuring high occupancy levels and excellent resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities 

• Guide Prospective Tenants: Host property tours (in-person and virtual), answer inquiries via phone, email, and text, and highlight community amenities.
• Manage Applications & Onboarding: Assist applicants through the screening process, collect required documentation, and coordinate move-in details.
• Support Administrative Operations: Process rental payments, issue receipts, log maintenance requests, and maintain accurate tenant records.
• Drive Outreach & Sales: Follow up with leads promptly and assist with marketing or promotional events to support occupancy goals.
• Maintain Compliance: Adhere strictly to Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local housing laws, and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or retail sales
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and standard leasing practices
• Strong sales & customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor across phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
• Flexible availability to work required Saturdays and occasional weekday evening events
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience with property management software.
