(Certs like Systimax, Panduit, or Corning are a huge plus!)Field Skills: Ability to read blueprints/site maps; conduit installation experience is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong people skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.Tools & Mobility: You own basic telecom tools/PPE and have reliable transportation.Schedule and Travel Requirements:Road Warrior Spirit: Must be available for extensive travel (6–8 weeks at a time).Ultimate Flexibility: Willing to work on-call, early mornings, nights, and weekends as project requirements shift.Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years).$23 - $30 an hour
