Interventional Radiology Technologist

Schedule: 4x10 days (10-hour shifts, 07:00–17:30)

Requirements:

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• 1 year of IR or related technologist experience preferred
• Required procedure exposure: Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleeds, TPA, vein sampling, Phase II recovery

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support interventional radiology procedures, including Y-90 chemotherapy delivery, embolization, biopsies, stent placement, and GI bleed management.
• Manage Phase II recovery and TPA administration.
• Conduct vein sampling and participate in various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and effective communication during procedures.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment and adhere to safety protocols in the procedural area.

Compliance / Notes:

• Previous permanent employees of any affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for this travel position.
• Two references covering one year within the last three years are required.
