LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Docketing Analyst to support their team on a temporary basis.

This role can be fully remote but must be based in CA, DC, MD, or VA.

Responsibilities:

· Calendaring firm litigation matters

· Tracking deadlines

· Conducting firm training programs and presentations on docketing systems

· Responding to team requests for updates

· Conducting research to determine the proper court procedures

· Creating, reviewing, and distributing calendar and case update reports; compiling and preparing analysis of data for miscellaneous requests and reports, as needed

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in litigation docketing

· Experience with rules-based software preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· Very Organized

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $35 and $45 per hour, depending on experience.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
