Senior AI/ML Engineer

About theRole

We are lookingfor a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade machine learning models andAI systems. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of MLpipelines, from raw data exploration and model architecture design to scalable,low-latency API deployment and real-time monitoring.

Data Management

KeyResponsibilities

• ModelDevelopment & Optimization: Design, train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learningmodels for complex real-world problems
• ProductionMLOps: Build, deploy,and maintain scalable ML pipelines, REST/gRPC APIs, and automated modelmonitoring tools using CI/CD best practices.
• Architecture& Scalability: Optimize model latency, memory footprint, and throughput for high-concurrencyenvironments (quantization, caching, distributed inference).
• Data Engineering Collaboration: Partner with data teams to design feature stores, optimize data pipelines, andensure high-quality training/testing datasets.
• GenerativeAI Integration: Integrate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs), RAG architectures, ormultimodal models into our core application stack.
• Mentorship& Strategy: Mentormid-level engineers, drive engineering standards, and help shape the long-termAI roadmap.

RequiredQualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience insoftware engineering and production-level machine learning/AI.
• CoreLanguages: Fluency inPython and strong expertise with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, orJAX).
• SoftwareEngineering: Strongfundamentals in object-oriented/functional programming, system design, datastructures, and writing clean, testable code.
• MLOps& Cloud: Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization(Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow, or MLflow).
• Deployment: Track record of serving models at scaleusing frameworks like Triton, vLLM, FastAPI, or TorchServe.
• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, DataScience, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalentpractical experience).
