Leasing Pro: Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar

Greystar in West Miami is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure a smooth move-in process. You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, use on-site software like OneSite and Yardi, and follow the company's show standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
