Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to resolve any logistics or shipping issues Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving activities Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe handling of products Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on shipping and receiving metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and inventory turnover.
