Machine Operator (Press Brake / Laser)

What You'll Do
- Assist with or learn machine setups for press brakes and laser equipment
- Run equipment including Cincinnati, Amada lasers, and LVD Strippit turrets
- Read and interpret blueprints to produce high-quality parts
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
- Support light tool changes and setup adjustments as you grow your skills
What We're Looking For
- 25+ years of manufacturing experience (fabrication, press brake, turret, punch, shear, etc.)
- Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools
- Basic understanding of bends, allowances, and blueprint reading
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn setups

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
