Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation Package: Valued between $91000-$102000.
- Annual Salary: $74000$82000 based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll support our clients cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based individualized treatment plans.
- Provide caregiver coaching and support.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students.
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team (OT SLP PT and SW).
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
- Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences
