We’re hiring a Family Law Attorney (3+ years) to join our Texas team. What you’ll love about this role: ~80% of your work comes from Gravis’ marketing and lead generation engine. You keep growing your own book with support, tools, and visibility. Real work-life integration, not just lip service. Strong paralegal and operational support so you can focus on lawyering. What you’ll do: Handle a full range of family law matters (divorce, custody, support, modifications). Represent clients in mediation, hearings, and, when needed, trial. Drive strategy, manage your caseload, and deliver a great client experience. Engage in targeted business development (2+ networking or Biz Dev activities per quarter) with firm support. What we’re looking for: 3+ years’ family law attorney experience (required). Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Texas. Strong writer, communicator, and advocate.
