Outpatient Physical Therapist - New Grad

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat assigned patients in accordance with their needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans while ensuring a focus on functional treatment programs for successful community reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete medical record documentation accurately and timely, following compliance guidelines.
• Provide effective care under signed, valid physician orders within the necessary insurance approvals.
• Engage in student education as appropriate, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Develop a professional growth plan, pursuing continuing education and professional activities.
• Adhere to the specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
• Understand and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.
