Registered Nurse (RN) – ICUJob Type: Full Time | Days$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Day Shift with a 2-year commitment for eligible candidates.Schedule: 3x12s, day shift (7a-7p). As a Registered Nurse (RN) joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier.Join our team in a 9-bed Intensive Care Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our unit operates on a 2:1 ratio with two Hospitalists, a Pulmonologist and Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Additional requirements include:American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.One year of experience preferredRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
