This role is critical to our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality care to clients and stability to our caregivers. If you enjoy problem-solving under pressure, holding people accountable, and taking pride in full staffing coverage then this role is for you.This role is really about being the daily owner of staffing execution:Ensuring every shift is coveredAnticipating gaps before they become emergenciesBalancing caregiver availability with client expectationsMaking real-time decisions that protect care qualityThis is not a passive scheduling role.
