Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required. Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative nursing programs, or post‑acute care strongly preferred. Must be able to perform documentation in electronic medical records systems. Experience with SNF‑focused EMR platforms preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30‑16:30. Schedule Pattern: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks (VMS Contract Weeks).
