You’ll be: Providing exceptional customer service to callers regarding premier retail brands Resolving customer problems via phone, escalating unresolved issues when necessary Using department tools and resources to address customer needs efficiently Documenting interactions and solutions in detail Maintaining productivity, revenue, and quality standards Communicating with courteous, professional language in all interactions Collaborating within a supportive team environment Creating win-win resolutions for customer challenges and professionally de-escalating issues This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are local to Mason, OH (within 1 hour) and able to attend occasional onsite training and equipment pickup/drop-off Have strong customer service skills and experience (call center experience preferred, but not required) Possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Can promptly de-escalate issues and support customer satisfaction Are proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly Have a private, distraction-free work area and reliable hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted) Demonstrate ability to work both independently and as part of a team As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
