Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $38.00/hr Job Details 2nd Shift - Up to $45/hr - Four Weeks Vacation - Yearly 13% Bonus - Free Benefits We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Wastewater Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Wastewater Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our utility room. You will be working with state-of-the-art equipment and will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the plant utilities, which are critical to operations. This is a full-time position with excellent compensation and benefits. Why Join Us? Market leader in pay and benefits ($34.00-$45.00/hr) Four weeks of PTO provided Yearly bonus of 8% Profit-sharing bonus of 5% Experiencing high growth offering many advancement opportunities Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on wastewater equipment and utilities, including boilers, chillers, etc. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues Repair and replace faulty components and parts Monitor pumps, valves, and other gauges to ensure proper functionality Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment Qualifications Mechanical troubleshooting Experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
