Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time

Pay: $26–$35/hour

Airborne ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Henderson, 5-10 miles from Brighton & Commerce City, Colorado and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as  Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) .

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.

• Reliability and consistency
• ABA or childcare experience a plus (not required — we provide training!)
