As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Martin, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate concerns promptly. You will also provide exceptional customer service while supporting a caring, people-first culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors while following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting designated personnel and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
