About the Opportunity As the Customer Success Specialist, you will support the performance of Pinch a Penny store to ensure that it meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and all merchandising objectives. Responsibilities Train with the Management to learn overall expectations and procedures of store operations. Assist by conducting water analysis and mechanical repairs in the pool and spa industry. Hands on in assisting and consulting customers on their pool and spa needs. Provide accurate information. Work on increasing commercial and residential sales and customer counts. Follow all safety protocols. Maintain a welcoming environment at the store by Greeting and direct customers. Assist with merchandising and inventory control. Opening and Closing responsibilities that may include the delivery of bank deposit. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services. Ensure shelves are fully stocked. Inform customers about discounts and special offers. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager. Stay up-to-date with new products/services. Qualifications Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) A minimum of one year of retail experience. Experience in Pool and Spa Industry will be a big plus Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills and proficiency with computers. Capable of building trusting relationships Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
