At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. As a BOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!
Role Description:
- Have a positive impact on team culture by treating everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
- Maintain a clean and safe space
- Assist in high volume sales through order fulfillment
- Focus on quality food and ingredients
- Build menu items based off of pre-set recipes
- Sustain a specific workstation during day parts i.e. Prep assembly, sandwiches, fries
- Demonstrate clear communication with team members in both kitchen and front of house
- Adapt to a variety of positions and placements during each shift
- This is a part-time or full-time position (No seasonal)
