If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU!What Will You Do in This Role?As a Resident Care Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the Thrive program is implemented daily and facilitated by Life Enrichment Coordinators, Life Enrichment Assistants, and direct care team members. The Resident Care Coordinator is also responsible for the general oversight of the Courtyard community in cooperation with the Administrator and Health Care Coordinator. As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will work closely with the Life Enrichment team and direct care staff to ensure a functional and appropriate program.Do You Have What It Takes?A fire and passion for working with seniorsA flexible, fun, and energetic personalityMust have a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, with at least one year of supervisory experiencePrior background in senior living, social work, recreational therapy, or nursing preferredExcellent customer service and organizational skills requiredMust be able to demonstrate good judgement, prioritization of duties, and effective problem-solving skillsKnowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's progression in older adults requiredProfessional image in both appearance and behaviorExcellent written and oral communication skillsWhy is Tutera THE Employer of Choice?Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is guided by one single purpose: To live the YOUNITE philosophy in every decision, every day.
