Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary As a Regional Sales Manager at Senox, you will lead a team of Customer Representatives and Sales Professionals that serve the seamless gutter industry. You will maintain and grow customer relations, develop sales strategies, define and execute KPIs, promote marketing campaigns, train & educate staff, and work to help our customers grow their businesses along with us. Primary Responsibilities Lead a team that offers the best customer service in our industry. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales goals. Recruit, train and motive a team of customer representatives to maximize performance. Grow and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Work closely with branch operations to better serve customer’s needs and align on company goals. Work closely with marketing department to execute marketing and promotional campaigns. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Skills and Requirements Proven experience in a sales management position. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience using a CRM to manage interactions, improve customer service, track leads and build long-term relationships. Experience using a business intelligence tool or data analytics to define and drive sales strategies. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter. Outside sales experience is necessary. A Construction background is preferred. Comfortable developing and maintaining long term relationships with customers. Willing to travel throughout assigned Region. Experience or a willingness to become an expert on seamless rain gutters. We conduct pre-employment drug and background screenings. Managers must live in region, office out of one of the branches in their region, and have a willingness to travel 50% to other locations in that region. Candidates living in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Corpus Christi, and surrounding areas will be considered Bilingual (English/Spanish) a requirement Pay: $122,835 (includes base and commission) Education & Experience Demonstrated experience in B2B outside sales. Experience in a sales leadership role. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. Why Senox?
