How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver compassionate patient-centered care: Provide direct, high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs, adhering to safety protocols to promote comfort, healing, and clinical excellence.
• Champion patient care plans: Implement, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans while tracking patient progress and communicating critical condition updates to ensure timely clinical decisions.
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration: Serve as the primary advocate and central coordinator across all care disciplines, ensuring a seamless, well-aligned treatment journey for every patient.
• Execute critical medical orders: Accurately carry out physician and nursing directives to maintain clinical momentum and protect patient safety at every stage of treatment.
• Orchestrate safe, smooth transitions: Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs alongside the broader healthcare team, empowering patients and families for success beyond their hospital stay.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required:
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• American Red Cross Professional CPR/AED Rescuer.
• Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

One year medical surgical or critical care experience required.
