Responsibilities include preparing ORs, positioning patients, maintaining sterile fields, handling specialized orthopedic instruments, assisting with implants and traction devices, and ensuring accurate counts and documentation. Collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons to deliver safe, efficient care. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, committed to patient safety, and able to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment with rotating shifts and on‑call coverage.
