Sr Total Rewards Strategist

Legacy Health seeks a Sr Total Rewards Strategist to design and optimize compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top healthcare talent. In this role, you will lead market analysis, develop salary structures, and evaluate incentive and recognition programs aligned with Legacy's mission-driven culture. You'll partner with HR and leaders across hospitals and clinics to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant total rewards offerings that support workforce well-being, employee engagement, and organizational performance across the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals and culture.
• Lead compensation benchmarking and market pricing for healthcare and support roles.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job families.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations and internal policies.
• Partner with HR and leaders to address pay equity and talent attraction needs.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform recommendations and measure program effectiveness.
• Communicate total rewards programs and changes to stakeholders and employees.
• Support annual compensation cycles, including merit and bonus planning.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR and rewards-related projects.
