In this position, you will work in-person for 35 hours per week, starting in mid-October. Your skills in occupational therapy and occupational health will be instrumental in helping students develop practical skills and overcome challenges that impact their academic and social performance.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Washington state OT license (or eligibility)
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, student-focused approach with the ability to engage collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs to develop individualized treatment plans supporting academic success and daily living skills
• Deliver direct therapy services and interventions within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and carryover of strategies
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment according to school policies and professional best practices
• Participate in IEP/504 plan meetings, contributing your OT perspective to support well-rounded student growth
