work hours: 10:30 AM - 7 AM

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning and sanitizing of machinery, assembly lines, and production areas using high-pressure hoses and foamers according to SSOPs.

• Maintain USDA and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance by ensuring all food-contact surfaces are free of allergens, biofilms, and debris.

• Accurately document completed tasks on sanitation logs and report any equipment issues before the morning shift begins.
