Job Summary Seeking a Lead Power BI Developer to modernize legacy reporting into Power BI solutions, serving as technical lead for a development team while ensuring high-quality, standardized, and accurate reporting deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Lead redesign and modernization of legacy reports into Power BI solutions Mentor and guide a team of 4+ Power BI developers Coordinate with data engineers and ETL teams for accurate data sourcing Build accessible, standardized reports meeting governance and documentation standards Test and validate reports for accuracy and consistency Gather requirements and maintain technical documentation Required Skills & Certifications: 5+ years developing Power BI reports/dashboards in an enterprise environment 5+ years experience with ETL and reporting/BI tools 5+ years as Technical Lead for a team of 4+ developers 5+ years strong communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences 5+ years understanding of data models and visualization best practices Scheduling: Location: Des Moines, IA 50309 Interview Type: Webcam or in-person #J-18808-Ljbffr
