Aurora Parkway, Aurora, CO 80016## Responsibilities* Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest* Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles* Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections* Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively* Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization* Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns* Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Must be willing to work hard while maintaining a positive attitude and a desire to serve others* Must be honest, ethical, and represent the best of the industry* Must be accountable and hold themselves and others to the highest of standards* Must be willing to partner with others, offer solutions, and be a leader in solving difficult issues* 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic* Current ASE Certifications 1-8, L1 (Preferred)* Diagnostic Genius* Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles* Ability to flag 40-60 hours per week in one bay* Meet or exceed hourly goals* Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes* Professional appearance and strong communication* A desire for long-term career development* Must have a clean driving record and be insurable## Physical Requirements* Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds* Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head* Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair* Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools* Walk/stand for the majority of their workday* Drive manual transmissions vehicles* Efficiently navigate a computer## Additional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
