We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Managers in coordinating and executing construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position within project management. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines. Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of budget estimates and project costs. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to help resolve project issues. Track project progress and prepare reports for Project Managers and clients. Review and interpret engineering, architectural, and construction drawings. Monitor work for adherence to quality standards, specifications, and safety codes. Participate in contract documentation, revisions, and compliance tracking. Help coordinate responses to delays, weather impacts, or on‑site emergencies. Maintain accurate project files, documentation, and records. Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, managers, designers, supervisors, tradespeople, and craft workers. Perform additional duties as needed to support project goals. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in construction or a related field (project coordination or management support preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to read and understand engineering, architectural, and construction drawings. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, detail‑oriented, dependable, and strong follow‑through. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem‑solving skills and composure under pressure. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
