Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Develop individualized care plans to restore function and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Adapt treatment techniques to meet diverse patient needs

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation
• Proficient in therapeutic exercise prescription and progression
• Knowledge of functional mobility assessments and outcome measures
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Skill in manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilizations and soft tissue work
