A company is looking for a Purchasing Admin to support sourcing and vendor coordination for a manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities Conduct online research to identify supplier information and product details for sourcing decisions Organize and maintain vendor quotes, pricing records, and related documentation Assist with gathering cost information and updating spreadsheets to monitor purchasing data Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing and tracking purchasing data Strong research skills to locate reliable information using online resources Comfort with vendor-related documentation and administrative support tasks Entry-level candidates with a strong aptitude and interest are welcome; prior purchasing experience is not required
