Job Description

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to pass a background check (NO felonies of any kind)
Must have reliable transportation / personal vehicle (REQUIRED)
Must provide 3 verifiable work references
Must have flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
Must have strong report writing skills (detailed, accurate, and professional)
Must be highly detail-oriented
Must be willing to purchase and maintain your own full uniform (REQUIRED)
Must understand this is an Independent Contractor (1099) role

Job Duties:

Conduct routine patrols (interior & exterior)
Monitor premises and report all incidents
Enforce site rules and maintain order
Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
Maintain a visible and professional security presence

Dependable and punctual individuals
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow chain of command
Professional attitude at all times
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willing to start within a week
