Job Description
Valley Transporter is looking for a Part-Time Dispatcher who can juggle schedules, support drivers, and keep passengers calm, informed, and on time. We transport passengers throughout the local area to/from Most Major International Airport and the Pioneer Valley ( Bradley, Logan, & JFK Airports),.
What You’ll Do
Set up and confirm the daily schedule
Build driver manifests & support drivers during their runs
Guide passengers on where to meet their drivers
Coordinate shuttles and passengers for maximum efficiency
Check flights online & build routing schedules
Reply to voicemails/emails and create bookings in our system
The Details
Part-Time: Monday & Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
Opportunity to cover additional shifts if needed
Paid Training
What You Bring
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask like a pro
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
A valid driver’s license (preferred)
A clean driving record (driving may be part of the role)
