Information Systems Security OfficerParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Information Systems Security Officer to join our team! In this role you will support USCYBERCOM's internal command IT systems and the Enterprise at large, to include one-of-a-kind cyberspace operations systems. We're looking for a solid cybersecurity professional to be a key contributor to that team.What You'll Be Doing:Maintaining the appropriate operational security posture for an information systemManage the security of the information system through Certification & Accreditation (C&A)Support the information system owner for the completion of security related responsibilities.Review System Security Plans (SSP) and solutionsRecommend security mechanism implementationsEvaluate and document the effectiveness of solutions implemented to provide the triad of confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university5+ years of experience with cybersecurity or information assurance; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degreeOne of following security certifications (active status): CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO - (minimum DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification)Must know Risk Management Framework (RMF)Active TS/SCI w/PolygraphWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Experience with DoD Cybersecurity Policies Experience with Xacta Solutions (Xacta 360)Knowledge of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) Exposure to AWS (Amazon Web Services), ACAS (Security scanning software), vCenter, WSUS (Windows Server Update Service), and/or STIGs/IAVAA problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solutionAble to build systems from the ground up – network architecture/systems engineeringSecurity Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
