As a Registered Nurse (RN) at North Lake Care Center, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our residents, including:
* Assessing and evaluating the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
* Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy.
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
* Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor Degree

• Experience: One year in a Skilled Nursing Facility

• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Florida.

• Certifications: BLS certification required; other certifications may be preferred.
