Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy standards of practice
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification
• Ability to wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including any day of the week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Experience working in a registry or contract staffing capacity
