**Required Licenses and Certifications:** - WI RN - AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) **Required Education:** - Associate Degree or Certificate **Minimum Experience:** - 3+ years of overall experience REQUIRED - Minimum 2+ years OR (Operating Room) experience REQUIRED - Experience with Ortho-Spine and Neuro REQUIRED **Charting Experience:** - Epic Required **Desired Specific Skillset for an Ideal Candidate:** - Mod Sedate and Neuro experience **Additional Requirements:** - No new travelers; at least one completed contract required **Unit Overview:** - Specialization in spine, ortho, podiatry, hand and upper extremity, and pain injections. - Usage of Stealth and Mazor technologies and Rosa for total knees.
