Position Overview

We are recruiting an experienced CRNA to deliver independent anesthesia care at a high-volume ambulatory surgery center specializing in outpatient procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia services independently for outpatient surgical procedures
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and patient evaluations
• Manage anesthesia care throughout the perioperative period
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as clinically appropriate
• Provide post-anesthesia care and patient education
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active Texas nursing and CRNA licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
• Proven experience in independent anesthesia practice
• Strong clinical skills in ambulatory surgery center or outpatient settings
• Excellent professional references demonstrating clinical competence
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
