Berkeley Dentistry is a privately-owned, state of the art dental practice located in picturesque Berkeley, CA offering complete, comprehensive dental care to our community since 2005. Our team is dedicated to helping all our patients achieve optimal dental health. We have an opportunity for a full-time Dental Hygiene Coordinator to add to our amazing team. Our Dental Hygiene Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience of our office and being a productive member of the front office team. From answering the phone to making appointments and discussing treatment, our ideal candidate will excel in:
- Exceptional patient communication & education
- 5-star service on the phone & in person
- Proven computer & time management skills
- Productive appointment scheduling & efficient workflow processes
- Achieving goals with autonomy and minimal supervision
- Fast-paced environment with a service-driven mindset
- Understanding of & working with various dental insurance plans
- Assisting patients in achieving optimal dental health through regular professional care
- Prior experience in a private dental practice (REQUIRED)
- Experience with Eaglesoft, Slack & Microsoft programs a huge plus!

This is a full-time position, Monday/Wednesday 8:30-5:30pm, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8;30-5pm. No nights or weekends. Our benefit package includes a competitive wage based upon experience, along with:
