Overview:

• Grant Thornton is looking to hire an Oracle HCM Integration, Security & Governance Manager within our HRIS team.

• We're seeking a strategic and technically skilled professional to lead the integrity, security, and connectivity of our global Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem.

• This role is critical to enabling efficient operations and safeguarding sensitive employee data across the organization. Ideal candidates should be open to considering full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

Integration Leadership

o Drive the integration of new entities into Oracle HCM, ensuring seamless data flow and system alignment.

Integration Strategy & Execution

o Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, Snowflake, AD, etc.).

o Ensure data flows are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal and external standards.

Security & Compliance Oversight

o Manage role-based access controls, data privacy settings, and audit protocols to ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Security Oversight

o Develop and manage robust access control frameworks.

o Perform segregation of duties (SOD) activities based on analysis findings.

o Safeguard sensitive HR data through effective privacy configurations and audit readiness.

Governance Framework Development

o Establish and enforce governance standards for Oracle HCM usage.

o Implement change management protocols, data stewardship practices, and system configuration guidelines.

o Configuring automations to allow for the archiving and purging of data within Oracle to support data retention requirements by jurisdiction.

Risk Mitigation & Compliance

o Proactively identify and resolve integration failures, security vulnerabilities, and compliance risks.

o Ensure business continuity through strong risk management practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Work with other internal teams to support downstream integrations, validations, and compliance with ISQM, ISO and GDPR standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations

• 3+ years of experience Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR

• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and integration tools (Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs).

• Experience with enterprise systems integration (payroll, benefits, finance, identity management)

• Management experience

Security & Compliance Knowledge

o Strong grasp of global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

o Experience managing role-based access controls and audit protocols.

Project & Change Management

o Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change in complex environments.

o Familiarity with governance frameworks and data stewardship practices.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

o Ability to identify risks, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement effective solutions.

o Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

Communication & Collaboration

o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

o Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Regulatory & Audit Readiness

o Experience supporting compliance initiatives related to ISQM, ISO, and GDPR.

o Understanding of data retention policies and access control frameworks.

Nice to Haves:

• Preferred experience using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Scripting for Middleware Integration

• Preferred experience performing Design & Build Enablement

• Oracle Cloud certifications a plus

Interview Process:

• 30 minute technical interview with Director

• 30 minute technical interview with director and Teammate
