Fallon Insurance Agency is hiring motivated people who want to break into the insurance industry no experience and no license required to start. Here's what makes this different: we pay you while you train and get licensed. You don't have to figure it out alone, on your own dime.

Here's how it works. You'll start as a paid Sales Development Representative. Half your day, you'll be on the phones calling leads, setting appointments, and learning our system from the ground up. The other half, you'll study toward your Property Casualty license, on the clock, with our guidance every step of the way.

Once you pass your PC license exam, you step up a higher base, plus per-policy pay on every policy you write, plus everything that comes with being a full Fallon producer. From there, you'll round out your Life Health licensing on your own time while you're already earning as a producer.

We believe you don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. We're not looking for people who already have it all figured out. We're looking for coachable, hungry people we can develop into top producers and one day, into leaders.

Here's the path you're stepping onto:

Training phase: $15/hour as a paid SDR half day on the phones, half day studying for your PC license (paid)

Once PC licensed: step up to the producer role $20/hour base plus per-policy pay on every policy you write

Strong producers earn in the $85,000s, with top performers pushing toward $100,000+ a year

Responsibilities

During the paid training phase (SDR):

Make a high volume of outbound calls to agency-provided leads

Set appointments and qualify prospects for our licensed producers

Learn the Fallon scripts, system, and sales process

Maintain accurate, complete notes in AgencyZoom

Use your paid study time to complete your Property Casualty courses and pass the PC exam

Obtain your PC license within 60 days to transition into the producer role

Once licensed (Producer):

Quote and build complete AAA households

Conduct coverage reviews and consultations by phone

Follow up consistently and cross-sell appropriate coverage

Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships

Meet and exceed monthly production goals

Requirements

• No license or experience required to apply
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Property Casualty license within 60 days we pay you while you study for it
• Willingness to become licensed in all six agency states (WI, MN, IA, IL, IN, NE)
• Strong work ethic and a coachable, positive attitude
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
• Reliable, disciplined, and motivated to grow personally, professionally, and financially
