We are looking for part time help weekdays and occasional weekends to be scheduled for no longer than 8 hours between 9:30am - 7:00pm. Must be 18 or over to be considered for the role. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Member to join our Lexington location. Flexible daytime hours are necessary with scheduling varied between 9:30am - 7:00pm Team members are the face of Ranc's and play an integral role in our customer's experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve ice cream and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail. Year round help is preferred, we do not hire only for the summer. Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate response for customer inquiries
• Create custom ice cream cakes
• Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
• Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Work with fellow team members to ensure side tasks are being completed for the shift

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25lbs
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
