Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, preparing quotes, and coordinating appointments in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Receptionist – answer phones in a pleasant manner with a good personality
- Provide quotes (very easy to type up – a lot of copying and pasting
- Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily administrative tasks
- Position could evolve with time
Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional, friendly, and dependable personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, including marijuana
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay
Up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience
