Ultrasonographer - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Four 10-hour night shifts per week, working Sunday through Wednesday from 8 PM to 6 AM. Weekend shifts on an as-needed basis are required.

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our team at a large trauma facility. This role involves performing a variety of ultrasound procedures with a focus on abdomen, gynecology, vascular, and breast imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound examinations as per physician requests.
• Provide high-quality images and assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of procedures performed.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols within the imaging department.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• ARDMS certification in abdomen, gynecology, and vascular is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
• Experience working in a breast care center and performing breast biopsies.
• Large teaching hospital experience is necessary.
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable.
• BLS Certification is required.
