Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Rotating 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ED patients across varying acuity levels
• Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments as required during orientation
• Rotate between day and mid shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM) as scheduled
• Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency requirements and facility-assigned modules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of permanent employment experience in the Emergency Room specialty
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications — must be active and in hand at time of submission
• PALS certification — must be active and in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
• Experience gained within a single location preferred, though combined experience across locations will be considered
