• Top wages paid for experienced Technicians starting at $25.00 per hour and up (based on experience)
• We actually pay you .3hrs for Multi-Point inspections and.2hrs for Videos. That's.5 hours on every vehicle
• We offer a Tiered Flat Rate Bonus. 45 to 49.9 = $1.00 extra per hour retro back to the first hour, 50 to 54.9 = $2.00, 55 to 59.9 = $3.00 and 60 hours and up additional $4.00 per hour
• We also offer additional $2.00 per hour on internal engine work and electrical diagnostic and repairs, additional $3.00 per hour for transmission repairs and diesel repairs
• Paid, on-going GM Training
• Solid Service Advisors that work hard to sell services you're recommending
• Parts department dedicated to minimizing your down time
• Great team environment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of jobs
• Must have PA State and Emissions License
• Must have valid PA Drivers License

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
